Get the most from these technologies in just two steps:

1. Add UPS on the voice or text channel you use.

For Amazon Alexa, enable the "UPS" skill in the Alexa Skill Store, or say "Alexa, enable UPS skill."

In Google Assistant, select the "UPS" action in the "Explore" section. 

On Skype and Facebook Messenger, search for "UPS Bot."  

2. Log in to UPS through your selected platform to link your UPS My Choice member profile.

What can I do with it?

With UPS linked to your device, you're just a question away from the latest status on your deliveries. Even better, you can authorize shipment release, give delivery instructions to your driver, and more. You can also get a quick rate quote for future shipments, or find a UPS location near you. We're continually adding new capabilities and improving AI interaction.

UPS My Choice is a free service that gives you more control over how and where your packages are delivered. Members get free day-before notifications on all incoming packages. You can reroute shipments to your workplace, a neighbor’s home or a nearby UPS Access Point™ location. With UPS My Choice on your voice-enabled digital assistant, you get extensive control of your incoming packages by voice alone.
