Lean Manufacturing-or continuous improvement-has become a standard operating practice for manufacturers. Today, businesses are challenged to optimize their processes even further to meet the needs of demanding customers with a wide variety of products.

The gap is widening between Thrivers who are aggressively embracing these "smart operations" and Survivors who are falling further behind. Are you a Thriver or a Survivor?

See for yourself in this UPS video, introducing what can happen when manufacturers embrace smart operations.
