The UPS Store is an important part of UPS’s wider network of drop-off and collection locations. From local stores to self-service lockers, UPS Access Point® offers a broad array of convenient options for picking up your package in addition to The UPS Store.
By shipping to a UPS Access Point location, you’ll enjoy extended hours for collection, including evenings and weekends. Select from a range of neighborhood retailers, from dry cleaners and convenience stores to participating CVS® and Michaels® stores. Shipping to a self-service locker is equally straightforward. UPS lockers are fully automated and available in neighborhood locations and retail stores. Select a self-service locker, if one is available in your area, when specifying your ship-to address through your UPS My Choice® account.
To retrieve a package, simply use the locker’s touchscreen kiosk to locate your shipment before verifying your identity or entering an authorization code. You can search for a package with your UPS tracking number, UPS My Choice delivery notification, or UPS InfoNotice® note left by the driver in the event of a failed delivery.
