As the shipper of a package you have several options when it comes to delivery speed. You can choose UPS Next Day Air®, UPS 2nd Day Air®, UPS 3-day Select®, or Ground. If you're really in a hurry, you can choose same day delivery with UPS Express Critical®.
But what happens when you discover the package you've sent needs to go to a different address, or maybe you want it sent back to you?
Just ask us to intercept the delivery and either:
A fee is assessed for all UPS Delivery Intercept requests except Hold for Pickup, but you will only be charged if your intercept request is completed.
To request your delivery intercept, log into ups.com and either track the shipment or find it in your shipping history.
