The new UPS Healthcare and Life Sciences unit is a global team of 5,000 operating with a Customer First philosophy. This unit combines UPS’s end-to-end small package and freight forwarding operations and personnel from Marken and all 114 UPS healthcare facilities. Customers will have access to dedicated and healthcare-trained salesforce and support teams across the global network.
UPS offers healthcare-dedicated cGMP or cGDP distribution space, forward stocking locations (FSL), and time- and temperature-sensitive shipment solutions. In the pharmaceuticals space, UPS provides high-touch service to manufacturers and contract research organizations (CRO) in all clinical trials phases.
