Each month you will be billed for fulfillment and shipping of your orders and storage of your inventory or $1,000, whichever is higher. As a general rule, approximately 4–5 orders per day will place your bill above the minimum.
During our 60-day trial for new merchants, the minimum is waived.
During the first 60 days, no minimum spend is required, and if you are not satisfied with the service, we will send your inventory back to your facility in the 48 contiguous United States at no charge. Your trial begins upon registration for the service. To discontinue service and have your inventory returned free of charge, you must notify UPS eFulfillment at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days from the end of the trial period.
Inbound shipments to UPS eFulfillment can be managed on the platform using a special pricing program. Once you register via the Onboarding Wizard, you will be able to use UPS eFulfillment inbound rates to create UPS Freight® or UPS small package labels for inventory shipments.
The UPS eFulfillment platform will alert you when inventory needs to be replenished.

Yes. Your products need to be labeled with a barcode at the sellable unit. We use this unique barcode to receive your inventory at check-in (72-hour SLA) as well as to give you visibility of when it is shipped. The individual sellable units must be clearly labeled with a product number and product number barcode or a related alternate ID that is referenced in your product master (e.g UPC or EAN).
