UPS Service Alerts
Severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control can occasionally delay or disrupt our UPS services. If there is an active service disruption, it will appear below.
In an effort to provide you with the latest tools, Quantum View Manage will be retiring soon, and all your tracking needs will be taken care of in your UPS My Choice® for Business account. We’ve already updated your tracking capabilities to UPS My Choice® for Business, even if you didn’t previously have an account, and made sure that it can meet all of your shipment visibility needs before the Quantum View Manage retirement on 9/28/2026.
Here are some details to keep in mind throughout this transition:
- This process is automatic and requires no action on your part.
- You will be able to access both Quantum View Manage and UPS My Choice for Business for now while shipping data transfers.
- We’ll begin retiring Quantum View Manage on 9/28/2026, after which you will no longer be able to access shipment details as well as other reporting, notification and alert settings.
UPS is closely monitoring the situation in the Middle East and using established contingency plans to manage our operations safely and efficiently.
