Quantum View Manage will be retiring soon, and all your tracking needs will be taken care of in your UPS My Choice® for Business account. Rest assured, we’ve made sure that UPS My Choice for Business can meet all of your shipment visibility needs before the Quantum View Manage retirement beginning on 9/28/2026.
Here are some details to keep in mind throughout this transition:
- This process is automatic and requires no action on your part.
- We’ll begin retiring Quantum View Manage on 9/28/2026, after which you will no longer be able to access shipment details as well as other reporting, notification and alert settings.
UPS is closely monitoring the situation in the Middle East and using established contingency plans to manage our operations safely and efficiently.
