Suspension of Service Guarantee
Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, we have suspended the UPS Service Guarantee (also referred to as the UPS Money Back Guarantee) for all shipments from any origin to any destination. For all U.S. origin shipments, the Service Guarantee suspension became effective as of March 24, 2020.
Temporary Suspension of Service to Areas in Eastern China Mainland
As UPS implements additional safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of our employees and the communities where we live and work, we will be temporarily suspending all services for shipments into selected areas in Eastern and Northern China Mainland. The service suspension will take place from December 1, 2020 until further notice. Please note that exports from China Mainland remain unaffected. The following is a list of postal codes that are impacted by the service suspension.
