If I am using multiple shipper numbers in WorldShip, how do I delete a shipper number?

  • If the status of a shipper is Rejected in the Shipper Editor window, you can delete it from the Existing Shipper Numbers list.

    Note: You cannot delete a shipper with an Approved or a Pending status.

    To delete a rejected shipper, follow these steps:

    1. On the Tools tab, select Shipper Editor. The Shipper Editor window appears.
    2. Under Existing Shipper Numbers, select the rejected shipper you want to delete.
    3. Select the Delete button. A message asks you to confirm the deletion.
    4. Select the Yes button to continue the deletion.
    5. When you are finished, select the Close button.

     

    Workaround:
    If you are using multiple shipper numbers and all of the shipper numbers have a status of either Approved or Pending, you can change the active shipper on your system by following these steps:

    1. On the Tools tab, select Shipper Editor. The Shipper Editor window appears.
    2. Under Existing Shipper Numbers, select the shipper that you want to make the active shipper.
    3. Select the Set Active Shipper button. The new active shipper now has a green circle icon next to the shipper number.
    4. When you are finished, select the Close button.
