We try to provide UPS My Choice® members with an estimated delivery time of four hours or less for each package. If we’re unable to confidently provide that window, the estimated delivery time for your package will be shown as end of day.
If you are a UPS My Choice member or Premium member, you can pick a 2-hour confirmed delivery window from within the original 4-hour estimate. All members can choose their delivery window option two days before the scheduled delivery date until the morning of the scheduled day of delivery.
UPS My Choice members are charged a fee for every 2-hour confirmed delivery window request, though Premium members receive two free requests with their annual subscription.
Please know that we won’t charge for this service until your shipment is delivered within the confirmed window.
