UPS My Choice® members can request their drivers leave eligible packages somewhere specific, such as a back door or a concierge, or deliver shipments to another address, including a UPS Access PointTM location, a UPS customer center, or neighbor, where available.

If you already missed a UPS delivery attempt, you should’ve received a UPS InfoNotice® letting you know your driver wasn't able to deliver your package.
Use that notice to tell the driver what you want to do with your package. After you update the UPS InfoNotice, place it back in the same location where the driver originally left it. This does not apply to "Adult signature required" deliveries. An adult must sign for these packages at the time of delivery.
You can use your UPS InfoNotice number online to request we hold eligible packages at a UPS location. In addition, UPS My Choice members can go to the Tracking page to request a hold.
