A Customer Center is a UPS-owned and staffed shipping location equipped to assist you with any UPS international, air, or ground package shipment. Most Customer Centers are found on-site at UPS operating facilities nationwide, with some in busy metropolitan areas. Hours of operation vary by location.
Most centers also provide packaging services and supplies (such as cartons, tape, bubble wrap, and CD/video mailers) for a small charge, and all accept prepaid drop-off packages that you process at ups.com. With our Hold for Pickup service, we can also deliver and hold your package for later pickup at the Customer Center you select. Hold for Pickup is available free of charge at all centers.
