How do I pick up my package from a UPS Access Point locker?

UPS Access Point™ lockers help you get fast and secure pickup and drop-off on your schedule. They join the thousands of local businesses, grocery stores, and The UPS Store® locations that make up the UPS Access Point network. All lockers are completely self-service and most are accessible 24 hours a day.

Track your shipment on ups.com or the free UPS Mobile app on your smartphone to find the UPS Access Point locker holding your goods. Once there, use the touchscreen kiosk at the locker to find your shipment. You can search by:

  • Tracking number;
  • UPS InfoNotice® left by your driver; or 
  • The UPS My Choice® delivery notification from your email or the mobile app.

Next, authorize your pickup in one of the following ways: 

  • Enter your driver's license or government-issued ID card with the barcode scanner or card reader at the kiosk; or
  • Send an authorization code to your mobile phone. 

Your locker door will open automatically.

UPS Access Point lockers can also accept outgoing packages with UPS labels attached. Just scan your label at the kiosk and a locker door will open.
