Please note that commitment times for Air and International Air packages scheduled for delivery December 17 – 31 are being extended. Delivery times for UPS Next Day Air® Early and UPS Worldwide Express Plus® services will be extended by 90 minutes and all other Air and International Air services will be extended to end-of-day. Get Started with UPSThe sender typically determines whether a signature is required for packages. In some instances UPS drivers may require a signature for deliveries on their route. You can authorize UPS to leave packages without signing by enrolling in UPS My Choice®.

Get a QuoteUPS's liability is limited to US$100.00 on packages with no declared value. If the value of your goods exceeds US$100.00, you can declare a higher value, up to US$50,000.00 per package, by entering the declared value in the UPS shipping system used and paying an additional charge. Declared Value charges for freight collect and third-party shipments may be billed to your shipper account. For more information, refer to ups.com/terms.
Your package can be held at The UPS Store, a UPS Customer Center, a UPS Access Point location, or at one of our retail locations, like Staples. You can also instruct us to reroute your package to another address or have the driver leave it with a neighbor.

If your package is in transit on the first delivery attempt, but you'd prefer to pick it up, you'll have to place a "hold for pickup" request first. You can do this online using your UPS My Choice® membership, or you can speak with one of our customer service representatives. Then you may pick up your package after you receive confirmation that it has been processed.
Contact UPSEnter your tracking number into the Tracking tool to see what day your package is due to arrive. Our drivers typically deliver between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Choose Request Status Updates from Tracking to receive email or text notifications.
