The quickest way to schedule a pickup is online (Note: same-day pickup availability depends on the time of your request and your pickup address):
Enter the tracking number in section 1 of Schedule a Pickup and click outside the box.
- If you see this message, your pickup will be free: “Note: You entered a tracking number that can be used for a pre-paid On-Call Pickup®. No further payment is required.”
To avoid a pickup fee, hand the package to a UPS driver or search for a drop-off location.
