Ahead of delivery, you can refuse a package by leaving a visible note for the driver that includes the tracking number, sender’s name, and why you’re refusing it.
You might be able to return to sender via UPS My Choice.
To get started, track the package, click 'Change My Delivery,' select 'Return to Sender' and then choose the reason for your return.
Note: If delivery change options are not visible, they may be restricted by the sender.
