Once a package has been returned to the sender, UPS cannot retrieve the package. Please contact the sender to have it resent.

If your package is still in transit and you’d like to send it back to the sender, you might be able to do that through UPS My Choice.

Log in to UPS My Choice

Track your package.
Select Change Delivery > Delivery Location.
Choose Return to Sender and select a reason.

Note: If delivery change options are not available, they may be restricted by the sender.
