You can file a claim online. There are few things to know before getting started:
1. If you are the channel partner or shipper of the package, we encourage you to log in for full visibility of the claim.
2. If you are the receiver of the package, contact the sender for updates after the claim has been filed.
3. Inspection of the package and contents may be needed for damage claims.
Note: If you are an existing InsureShield policy holder, log in to the InsureShield online portal with your policy number.
