If you forgot your User ID or password, you can reset or recover your login settings.
For security reasons, you'll be locked out if you enter the wrong User ID and password combination 3 times within a 10-minute period.
Note: Passwords are case sensitive. UPS representatives cannot unlock the User ID. Please wait at least 30 minutes before trying to log in again — this includes if your password was just reset.
