Within 90 days of creating your shipping label on UPS.com, you can void your shipment. Shipments can only be voided if they were created or billed using a UPS shipping account number.
Note: If more than 90 days have passed since you created your label, you must contact UPS to request a void. A void will not be processed after 180 days.
