You can file a claim online. There are few things to know before getting started:
- If you are the shipper of the package, we encourage you to log in for full visibility of the claim.
- An inspection of the package and its contents may be needed for damage claims.
Note: If you are an existing InsureShield policy holder, log in to the InsureShield online portal with your policy number.
