You can file a claim online. There are few things to know before getting started:

1. You need to notify UPS of loss/damage within 60 days of the scheduled delivery date.
2. For damaged packages, you'll need 3 photos to show the state of the package when it was delivered.
3. An inspection of the package and its contents may be needed for damage claims.
