A strong password is critical to protect you from fraud and ensure that your account is secure.
Tips for Creating a Strong Password
Make sure your new password meets the following requirements:
- 12-26 characters long
- Contains both upper and lower case letters
- Contains at least one number
- Contains at least one special character (!@#$%*)
- Does not contain your username or part of your email address

My browser or a browser extension auto-populates my password for me, but it’s the wrong password.
We recommend updating the stored password in your browser immediately after resetting your password to ensure it will be correct the next time you log in.

- Check your SPAM and “Deleted Items” folders.
- Wait 15 minutes, check your email again, and if you still have not received the PIN, attempt the request again.
- When multiple PINs are requested, only the last PIN that is requested will be valid.
