FAQ
UPS Worldwide Economy is supported by a variety of shipping platforms, including:
Both DDP and DDU options are available with the UPS Worldwide Economy service. Shippers may use only the option(s) outlined in their UPS Worldwide Economy agreement, and rates will vary based on the option selected.
For shipments sent using the DDP option, packages are delivered through the UPS Worldwide Economy network, and the shipper is responsible for paying duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in addition to standard rates and applicable charges.
For shipments sent using the DDU option, duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are collected from the recipient at the time of delivery.
UPS provides tracking with delivery confirmation for all DDP destinations, giving you and your customers peace of mind.
For DDU shipments, tracking is available for select countries, so you can still keep an eye on your packages throughout the journey.
