Help With Shipping

WorldShip^® displays both published and negotiated rates. If you are unable to view your negotiated rates, refer to the Rating Preferences tab in the Shipper Editor. This allows you to select the rate types to display in the:

Shipping and Shipment History Windows
Package and Shipment Doc Labels
Daily Shipment Detail Report

To calculate the delivery time for any shipment going anywhere served by UPS, go to Calculate Time and Cost, located in the ups.com Shipping menu. Follow the directions, noting the required fields labelled with this symbol .
