If you have forgotten your ups.com username and password, or they no longer work, select I have forgotten my User ID or Password at the bottom of any login page.
This takes you to the 'Reset or recover your login' settings screen. From there, you’ll be asked to enter your User ID and registered Email Address. (This is the ID and email that you used when you originally created your ups.com User ID.)
If you have forgotten your ID, or it doesn’t work, you can enter the email address associated with your ups.com ID, and we’ll send you an email with the latest ID on file.
