Provide your customer with a return shipping label that can be attached to the item for return.

Label Options

Arrange for your customer to conveniently receive a return label. Depending on the origin of the package and your customer's location, UPS offers several options:

  • Print Return Label: Print a return label to include in an outbound shipment, or provide a label to your customer at a later date
  • Electronic Return Label: Have UPS e-mail a return label to your customer
  • Print and Mail Return Label: Arrange for UPS to mail a return label to your customer
  • Authorised Return Label: Available on a contractual basis for high-volume shippers who return products of similar size, weight or value


Note: UPS Return Services may not be available to or from all locations.

Note: For Saturday Delivery, you must affix a Saturday Delivery sticker to each shipment. With some services, Saturday delivery of a UPS Returns shipment is available in the United States only. Contact your UPS representative for more information.
