Summary (Last Updated: 03/11/2020; 6:16) Temporary Service Adjustments Due To COVID-19
Temporary Service Adjustments Due To COVID-19
Governments of several countries within the region including Middle East, Africa, Indian Subcontinent and Central Asia, are implementing various containment measures in an attempt to stop the spread of COVID-19.
UPS continues to operate a regular service, however, there may be potential delays in services due to network constraints.
For our customer’s safety, our drivers can temporarily sign off parcels on behalf of the customer to avoid unnecessary contact via hand-held devices. We kindly request customers to open the door, accept the parcel and state their name for security purposes. Parcels that are not signed for will be marked with code CV19 plus 11 digits of the consignee’s name as proof of delivery.
Please continue to monitor ups.com and check your package tracking for the latest delivery status information.
