Within 90 days of creating your shipping label on UPS.com, you can void your shipment through Shipping History. Select Shipping at the top of the page and then select View History or Void Shipment. Select the checkbox next to the package you want to void and then select Void Shipment. Once you've successfully voided the package, an X will appear next to the package in the Voided column.
The account number associated with the package you want to void must be an account in your UPS.com profile. Where applicable, packages that are created using a payment card such as a debit or credit card are not eligible for voiding through the Void a Shipment tool. (The tracking numbers for these packages will have a "T" or "G" in the first eight characters.) Under these conditions, please contact UPS.
If more than 90 days have passed since you created your label, you must contact UPS to request a void. A void will not be processed after 180 days.
Within 90 days of creating your UPS CampusShipSM label, you can void your shipment through CampusShip Shipping History. To void a shipment select the Shipping tab at the top of the page and then select View History or Void Shipment. Select the checkbox next to the package you want to void and then select Void Shipment. Once you've successfully voided the package, an X will appear next to the package in the Voided column.

Select Void at the top of the main WorldShip® shipping screen, select the package to void from the collection log, and then select Void a second time. If you have already run End of Day, selecting Void a second time will transfer you to the UPS.com Void a Shipment tool to complete the void process. Please note that WorldShip will not automatically mark these packages voided, but you can mark them manually from within the collection log.
