Due to labor action taking place in Korea from Monday December 9 to Friday December 13, 2019, service delays are expected for shipments to and from Korea until normal service resumes*.
UPS is committed to our service to you, and will do everything that we can to resume normal service as soon as possible to minimize the impact to your shipments.

*During the period when the labor action is taking place, orders should not be submitted via ups.com, but customers in Korea will still have the option to self-tender shipments. However delays to these shipments should be anticipated.
