Due to Typhoon Hagibis, service delays may be expected for express shipments to and from certain areas in Japan.
Pickup and delivery services may be delayed in the following prefectures and postal areas until further notice:

The imperial enthronement ceremony of Emperor Naruhito has been scheduled to be held in Tokyo on October 22, 2019. To facilitate the event, there will be heightened security measures in place from October 20 to 25, 2019.
Due to the measures, service commitments for shipments to and from Tokyo and the surrounding areas* may be extended during this period. Customers shipping from Tokyo and the surrounding areas* are advised to arrange for pickup** of their export shipments as early as possible.
