Change a Delivery

You can redirect or reschedule parcels* by yourself when you log in to UPS.com and enable UPS My Choice®.

Here’s How You Do It

1. Open Your Dashboard

If you have an account, log in to UPS.com and open your My Choice dashboard. 

2. Select Your Parcel

Click on ‘Delivery Options’. If you can’t see ‘Delivery Options’, the shipper has restricted this option.

3. Follow the Prompts

Reroute your parcel to a different location or change the delivery date.
