CampusShip Support - Administrative Rights

As a UPS CampusShip administrator, your authority will range from all rights at the company level (Company Administrator) to certain rights granted for a specific location (Location Administrator).

Company Administrator Rights

Note: UPS CampusShip recommends that you establish a minimum of two Company Administrators to ensure coverage during absences.

As a Company Administrator, you have all administrative rights at the company level. You can view all of your company's shipping activity at every participating location, and you have company-wide access and rights to all UPS CampusShip functions, including:

• View/edit company profile
• Add/edit/delete company locations
• Add/edit/delete users
• Add/edit/delete shipping privilege set
• Add/edit/delete reference number values
• Add/edit/delete addresses in your Corporate Address Book
• Add/edit/delete addresses in your Personal Address Book
• View shipping history by own shipments, by user, by reference number, by location or by all locations
• Request shipping history by date range for entire company
• Import Corporate addresses, locations, reference number values, users
• Add/edit/delete address groups
• Administer IP filtering

Location Administrator Rights

As a Location Administrator, you have all administrative rights for your specific company location. You can view all of your location´s shipping activity, and you have access and rights to UPS CampusShip functions for your location, which may include:

• Add/edit/delete company locations
• Add/edit/delete users
• View shipping privilege sets
• Add/edit/delete addresses in your Corporate Address Book
• Add/edit/delete addresses in your Personal Address Book
• View shipping history by own shipments, by user, by location or by all locations
• Request shipping history by date range for location or locations, where applicable
• Add/edit/delete address groups

Note: Giving administrative rights to any other designated user allows that user to view pertinent company information, as well as have the potential ability to add, edit and delete users, shipping privilege sets, reference number values, shipping locations and the Corporate Address Book.
