How do I edit my UPS CampusShip profile?

  1. Select My Settings and then choose Edit User Profile. On this page, you can modify certain key information in your user profile, such as telephone number or extension. You may also request updates about UPS services and notification of any approval or denial of requests you make on UPS accounts and services.
  2. Make sure that all required fields (shown in bold) contain acceptable and accurate data before selecting Update to save your changes.


Note:
Information not displayed here, such as your business address, is managed by an administrator. Also, if you are frequently away from your usual Ship From location and need to change your Ship From Address when processing a shipment, contact your administrator about Traveling User status.

How To Change Your Password

Changing your password

  1. On the My Settings page, select Change Password.
  2. Enter a new password and confirm it.
  3. Select Update to store your new password in your UPS CampusShip profile.

UPS CampusShip will update your user profile with the new password information. The next time you log in, you may use your new password.

Forgot your password?

  1. On the login page, select the Forgot User ID or Password link.
  2. For a temporary password, enter your User ID and e-mail address and select Submit.
  3. You will receive an e-mail message with a temporary password to use to log in to UPS CampusShip.
  4. You will then be prompted to choose a new password. Select Change Password to update.

Forgot your User ID?

  1. On the login page, select the Forgot User ID or Password link.
  2. To obtain your User ID, enter your e-mail address and select Submit.
  3. You will receive an e-mail message containing your UPS User ID.
