CampusShip Support - Address Book - Edit/Delete Entries

You may edit or delete address information stored in your company's Corporate Address Book or your personal UPS Address Book.

How To Edit an Address Book Entry

  1. Select the My Settings tab and go to Search Address under Corporate Address Book or UPS Address Book. The page that displays allows you to search for specific address book entries by Nickname, Company Name or a Contact Name that contains, starts with or matches your search phrase.
  2. The page refreshes with your search results. To quit your search, select Cancel.
  3. From the results, choose a specific address book entry and select View/Edit.
  4. An address book details page displays. You may type or paste over the address information, location ID and other entry fields. To quit the address book entry, select Cancel.
  5. Make sure that all required fields in bold contain acceptable and accurate data before selecting Update to store the information in UPS CampusShip. If the update requires more information, a prompt informs you which fields should be modified or completed.

How To Delete an Address Book Entry

  1. Select the My Settings tab and go to Search Address under Corporate Address Book or Personal Address Book. A page displays that allows you to search for specific address book entries by Nickname, Company Name or a Contact Name that contains, starts with or matches your search phrase.
  2. The page refreshes with your search results. To quit your search, select Cancel.
  3. From the results, choose a specific address book entry and select Delete.
  4. A Delete Confirmation page displays. To confirm the deletion, select Delete.
