Verify that your shipment was delivered with your choice of signature or adult signature options

Description

UPS will provide you with evidence of delivery in your choice of these options (where available):

• Signature Required: UPS will obtain the recipient's signature or other electronic acknowledgement of receipt from the recipient when this option is selected. You may view the recipient's signature or electronic acknowledgement of receipt online.
• Adult Signature Required: UPS will obtain the adult recipient's signature. You may view the adult recipient's signature online.

Note: Adult recipients must have reached the legal age of adulthood in the receiving country.

*Effective January 1, 2022, UPS will no longer offer Delivery Confirmation service which provides shippers with mailed paper statements displaying package proof of delivery details. As part of the discontinuation of this service, the Delivery Confirmation paper statements will no longer be provided if Delivery Confirmation, Signature Required or Adult Signature Required services are selected in any shipping platform. Except for the elimination of mailed statements confirming delivery, the Signature Required and Adult Signature Required services will not be impacted by this change.
