Receiving My Parcels

We're here to help deliver convenience.

Before a Delivery Attempt

Being at home for your deliveries doesn't always work out. We get it. That's why we partner with local businesses to offer a safe place for you to pick up your packages at times that suit your schedule.

Redirect your packages to your preferred UPS Access Point location before we make a first delivery attempt to your home with a UPS My Choice® Membership.

You can also ask your favourite retailers to include UPS Access Point locations as part of their shipping options, if they're not already. Once a retailer has incorporated our network into its delivery options, you can choose to ship to a location near you at checkout.

After a Delivery Attempt

If you're expecting a package, but you've missed the first attempt at delivery, you have options.

The UPS InfoNotice® lets you know that we tried but were unable to deliver your package.

Using your UPS InfoNotice, you can reschedule the delivery of your package. Just log in to ups.com and enter your UPS InfoNotice number in the Tracking field on the ups.com homepage or the Tracking page.

With either of these options, you can request one of the following:

  • Collect My Package from a UPS Location: Have your package held at a UPS location such as a UPS Access Point location or a UPS Customer Centre.
  • Deliver My Package to Another Address: Have your package delivered to another address when you will not be home.
  • Deliver My Package on Another Day: Have your package delivered on a different day.

Or you can choose to have UPS attempt another delivery – we will make up to three delivery attempts. After the third delivery attempt your package may be returned to the sender.
