Being at home for your deliveries doesn't always work out. We get it. That's why we send UPS My Choice® Members e-mail notifications the day before a delivery. Members can reschedule or redirect shipments if they know they won't be home when our driver comes by.
If you're expecting a package, but you've missed the first attempt at delivery, you have options.
The UPS InfoNotice® lets you know we tried but were unable to deliver your package.
Using your UPS InfoNotice, you can reschedule the delivery of your package. Just log into ups.com and enter your UPS InfoNotice number in the Tracking field on the ups.com homepage or the Tracking page.
With either of these options, you can request one of the following:
Or you can choose to have UPS attempt another delivery--we will make up to three delivery attempts. After the third delivery attempt your package may be returned to the shipper.
(A fee is assessed for all delivery change requests except Pick up at a UPS Location and Return to Sender. Your payment card will be billed only upon the redelivery of your package.)
UPS tracking solutions show the progress of your shipment every step of the way, across town or around the world.
