Why does selecting View/Print Label return an error without printing my thermal label?

  • An error often indicates that you do not have the proper printer driver software installed. If this is the case, follow these steps:

    1. Select Shipping in the navigation area at the left. 
    2. In the How To. . . area, select Print Labels and Receipts
    3. Select Get Technical Support for UPS Thermal Printers, and follow the download and installation instructions.
