Creating a Shipment Online

UPS Internet Shipping is a fast, convenient way to schedule a shipment. You can easily compare service options and create shipping labels. When you login, you 'll even be able to set preferences and see a history of all your shipments.

Before you begin your online shipment, make sure you're able to answer these questions:

  • What are the shipper's and the recipient's address and telephone number?
  • Will you use your own packaging or a UPS box or envelope?
  • How fast do you need your package shipped and how would you like to pay?
  • Do you need to add a shipment reference? If you're shipping multiple packages to the same address, it's helpful to add a shipment reference for each so you can distinguish between packages. Shipment reference numbers can contain a mix of numbers and letters, but can be as straightforward as "Cookies for Dad."
  • Would you like to schedule a collection, give your package to your UPS driver, or drop off your package at a UPS Location?
