Drop-off
At any UPS Worldwide Express Freight™ Centre, you can drop-off your UPS Worldwide Express Freight shipment and UPS will deliver it to the final recipient. Drop-offs must be scheduled in advance.
If you will be paying with a cheque or money order at the time of drop-off, you will need to present a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's licence, passport or Military ID.
Hold at Location
UPS will hold your UPS Worldwide Express Freight shipment at the designated UPS Worldwide Express Freight Centre and, when the shipment is available, will attempt to contact the recipient at the telephone number shown on the label.
The Hold at Location option requires the shipper to provide the recipient's name and telephone number. Shipments are usually available by 10:00 a.m. on the scheduled day of delivery. Shipments not collected within five (5) business days from the date of arrival will be considered undeliverable.
At the time of collection, the recipient must present a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's licence, passport or military ID. Any representative for the recipient is required to present a Company ID or a letter authorising shipment release.
Drop-off and Hold at Location
You can drop-off your UPS Worldwide Express Freight shipment at any UPS Worldwide Express Freight Centre facility in the origin country and UPS will hold it in the destination country for collection by the recipient.
The shipment will be held at the designated UPS Worldwide Express Freight Centre closest to the recipient's address. UPS will attempt to contact the recipient at the telephone number shown on the label when the shipment is available.
Drop-offs must be scheduled in advance. Drop-off/collections require that you present a government-issued photo ID.
