Getting Same-Day Rates for your UPS Worldwide Express Freight™ shipments is fast and easy. Just follow these three simple steps:

1. Call UPS. Call the Same-Day Rates Hotline at 1-877-903-9001. Simply provide us with the following information:

• Shipment origin and destination address
• Pallet weight and dimensions
• UPS account number (not required for quote)

2. Get Your Quote. Our knowledgeable staff will offer you the best available Same-Day Rate quote for your international palletized UPS Worldwide Express Freight shipment. This rate is valid for a specified shipping day, which can be set up to seven days in the future.

A confirmation email with the details of the Same-Day Rate will be sent upon your acceptance. To cancel a Same-Day Rate that was previously accepted, call customer service and a representative will assist you. An email confirming cancellation will be sent upon request.

3. Ship. Simply process your shipment with the same UPS account number used to obtain the quote. Same-Day Rates are available for all UPS Worldwide Express Freight export or import lanes. Once you accept the Same-Day Rate, you will be billed that rate instead of any incentive rates you may currently have on that specific lane. Any existing incentives on Value-Added services will not apply.
