How/where do I get shipment labels or receipts?

You can quickly print your labels and receipts after submitting your shipment information or reprint from shipping history.

How to Order Supplies?

Logged-in customers can order free envelopes, boxes, tubes, forms and labels and charge the supplies to a payment account or another payment method.

Check out your available options, choose what you need and add the desired quantity to your order. Once you’ve submitted the order, you can add any of your items to a Quick List of frequently used supplies for easier reordering.

Creating a Return Shipment

How do I create a return shipment?

If you have a ups.com user ID, log in and select Shipping from the menu at the top. Then select Return Shipment from the Shipping menu to start the return process.

What is the difference between 1 UPS Collection Attempt and 3 UPS Collection Attempts?

"UPS 1 Collection Attempt" is a service option available with UPS Returns® or UPS Import Control® that allows the shipper to specify a single driver attempt to collect a UPS package for return. The UPS driver brings the shipment label to the collection location and collects the package. If the package cannot be collected, the label is left for the recipient to return the package via any UPS method.

Similarly, the "UPS 3 Collection Attempts" allows the shipper to specify three driver attempts to retrieve a package for return. After the third collection attempt, the label is returned to UPS.

Best Ways to Package Your Shipment

When I ship a package with UPS, are there any guidelines for the packaging of my shipment?

You can help to make sure that your package arrives safely and on time with these packaging guidelines and procedures developed from UPS research.

Use a rigid box with flaps intact.
Remove any labels, hazardous materials indicators, and other previous and now irrelevant shipment markings from the box.
Wrap all items separately.
Use adequate cushioning material.
Use strong tape designed for shipping.
Do not use string or paper over-wrap.
Use a single address label that has clear, complete delivery and return information.
Place a duplicate address label inside the package.
