How do I create a new address group?

Select Administration from the left side of the page, go to Manage Address Groups, and select Create Address Group. You will first be prompted to enter a name for your address group. Once you have identified the name of your address group, you can assign addresses to your address group. Also, if you have administrative rights for locations, you can associate locations to your address group.

How do I edit an existing address group?

Select Administration from the left side of the page, go to Manage Address Groups, and select Search Address Groups. After conducting your search, select the address group to edit from the Search Results list. To edit the address group, click on the address group name and you will be taken to the Address Group Detail page. Once there, you may edit the address group name. In addition, you may view or remove assigned addresses or assign new addresses to your address group. Click on the applicable text link to perform these actions. If you have administrative rights for locations, you will also be able to view or remove assigned locations or associate locations from the Address Group Detail page.

How do I delete an address group?

Select Administration from the left side of the page, go to Manage Address Groups, and select Search Address Groups. After conducting your search, look in your Search Results list for the address group you wish to delete. Select the checkbox to the left of the address group name and select Delete. A Confirm Delete screen will display showing the address group you are requesting to delete.

NOTE: These locations will have access to all addresses for which those users have privileges.
