    Message Effective 5 April 2021 the UPS Money Back Guarantee will be reinstated for UPS Worldwide Express services. Please note that the previously announced suspension remains in place for European Domestic and Transborder Express services.

  • UPS Peak Season Surcharge

    Effective from 1st November 2020 until 16 January 2021, UPS will implement a Peak Season Surcharge in several European countries. The surcharges will only apply to parcels that meet the specifications for Large Package and Over Maximum Limit as well as Additional Handling charges. This is to ensure our network continues to operate effectively during the holiday season so we can continue to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
