Reinstatement of UPS Money-Back Guarantee for Express Services in Europe
The UPS Money-Back Guarantee was temporarily suspended for all shipments from any origin to any destination from 26 March 2020, however we have now reinstated it for our European customers. Please see the reasons below for more information.
Effective 5 April 2021, the UPS Money-Back Guarantee was reinstated for the following Worldwide Express services:
- UPS Worldwide Express Plus®
- UPS Worldwide Express®
- UPS Worldwide Express Saver®
- UPS Worldwide Express Freight® Midday
- UPS Worldwide Express Freight®
Effective 10 May 2021, the UPS Money-Back Guarantee was reinstated in Europe for the following Domestic and Transborder Express services:
- UPS Express Plus
- UPS Express
- UPS Express Saver
Effective 1 September 2021, UPS Money-Back Guarantee for Domestic Standard shipments in the UK has been reinstated.

Prior to shipping, please check to see if your recipient’s location is open, since business opening hours may have changed due to local restrictions. If the location is closed, we may return the parcel to the sender. Operational Adjustments
Update: Due to the situation in Ukraine the following UPS services have been temporarily suspended:
- All international shipping services to and from Ukraine
- All international shipping services to and from Russia
- All international shipping services to and from Belarus
Parcels in transit that cannot be delivered will be returned free of charge to the sender where possible.
