Registered My UPS users can now conveniently request to void charges for shipments that were created and billed to your UPS Account, but never shipped. Use Void a Shipment to get the status of your void request online at any time.
Simply enter the desired Tracking Number, verify the shipment information for accuracy, and submit your request. You'll receive a quick verification of approved voids, or clear explanations for denials.
For registered My UPS users, the Void a Shipment function offers the flexibility to:
Request to void charges online through UPS.com rather than by phone
Request to void charges that are no longer listed as eligible to be voided through the shipping history on UPS Internet Shipping, UPS OnLine® Tools, or UPS CampusShip (after 24 hours)
Request to void charges for a single package, multiple packages, or whole shipments
Request to void charges for up to 20 packages per request
to My UPS to take advantage of additional features.
