UPS Pickup
With UPS Pickup, you can conveniently schedule a pickup at any location we serve - yours or your customer's. A UPS driver will come right to your door to accept your package.

For registered My UPS users, UPS Pickup offers you the additional flexibility to:
  • Store and check status of your pickup history requests: You can store and retrieve your pickup history for 60 days without needing to remember the request number.
  • E-mail confirmation: You can e-mail confirmations to up to three addresses. If you've requested a pickup at your customer's location, you can now give your customer advance notice regarding the details (date, time) of the pickup request
  • Set preferences: You can save your pickup/e-mail preferences so that you do not have to re-key this information each time you schedule a request.
  • Use your address book: You can avoid having to re-type frequently used address information by using the address book to automatically fill in these fields.
