UPS Healthcare has announced the acquisition of Andlauer Healthcare Group (AHG), further expanding its portfolio of specialized logistics services for the healthcare sector. Under the terms of the agreement, AHG shareholders received CAD $55.00 per share in cash, representing a total purchase price of approximately CAD $2.2 billion (USD $1.6 billion).

AHG’s established infrastructure and technical expertise allows UPS Healthcare to offer a significantly expanded cold chain network. This ensures strict temperature control for pharmaceuticals, biologics, medical devices, and other sensitive healthcare products, maintaining product efficacy and safety from origin to destination.
