I Need to Change a UPS Delivery I am Receiving
You can request delivery changes under different circumstances:
- BEFORE the 1st delivery attempt:
- Reschedule delivery - Hold the shipment for delivery on a future date (within 10 business days)
- Pick up at a UPS Facility - Receiver can request to hold the shipment for pickup at a UPS facility
- AFTER the 1st delivery attempt:
- Deliver to another address but, still to the same receiver - Reroute the shipment to a new address
